Creative catch up

Days 104-107: My days pass by quickly. Motoring back and forth from Neosho to Washington, Missouri. Presentation here. Percussion concerts there (Please note: Ethos is incredibly cool. One of the best small venue concerts I’ve attended this year.)

Days: 104-watercolor flowers, 105-watercolor teapot, 106-continued wrap knitting, and 107-watercolor oranges and lemons

As I’m inching toward the 1/3 of a year mark, I’m feeling as if I’m getting the creative habit worked well within my day. My efforts aren’t always something I would share outside my creative Year of Creative Habits group or this blog…heck they’re often not even refrigerator worthy. But they’re improving and I’m having a ball and learning new ways of working.

I’m traveling even more the next few days, so I’m going to see how minimal I can make my habit. I’m winning down to a pocket-size sketchbook and four pens. I plethora of black and white sketches are in my future.
