“Three months from this date…”
Day 11: There is always a plus and a minus to any new endeavor. My approach to a year of creative habits is to divide up all my creative interests, touching on one every day.

I love to knit and have allocated two days for completing projects I’ve been dragging along like Linus and his security blanket. The plus is that I can see the light at the end of the tunnel on my current project. The minus is that I often don’t want to stop once I have a project going – apparently I’m a “binge knitter.” Additionally, my issue with patience and taking daily steps toward a goal continue to be apparent.
So tonight I knit for 30 minutes; enjoyed my time with the yarn, then put it to bed for the night. As has been my practice these last 11 days, I took a picture of my work but it seemed more appropriately viewed tucked away for the night.
While looking at the image, I found a picture of my fortune from lunch today “Remember three months from this date. Good things are in

store for you.” I’m certain as I keep on the lookout for creativity, keep incorporating it into my day that, indeed, good things will be in store. April 11, 2016. It’s a date.
